about us

Plastiform s.r.o. has started the production in year 2012 with two special types of preforms for mustards and milk in a small town Všejany in Central Bohemia. Very quickly the PET preforms portfolio was growing and the company needed more space.

Therefore new premises in Kosmonosy industrial zone was found and now we operate 4 injection molding machines for more than 30 types of PET preforms and 3 blow molding machines for bottles in sizes from 0,33l to 5l.

PET Preforms

We are producing a wide portfolio of PET preforms for various purposes: CSD, still water, fresh juice, edible oils, household chemicals, car chemicals and many other. We are also specialized in producing smaller batches of colored preforms. We use our expertise to develop special performs and special bottles with our customers.

We are producing PET bottles for craft breweries, CSD fillers, wine producers, wine shops, fruit juice producers and many others. Thanks to the connection to PET preforms production, we do save the transportation time and environment. We are also able to realize special colored series of bottles.

accessories

With our partners we do supply also accessories for PET bottles – closures and handles in various colors and sizes.

PET Preforms

The summary of our PET preforms portfolio, you can find in table below. You can also choose a colored version of selected preforms. Usually we produce amber and green transparent or white or black non transparent preforms, which are mainly chosen by the household chemicals producers. All preforms are packed in returnable packaging: carton octabins with company logo, carton top and bottom lids and wooden palette 120 x 100 cms. Inside every octabin, you can find the LDPE bag with food certification for protection.

pet bottles

Our standard PET bottles portfolio consists of various sizes: from 0,33l to 5l. We do also supply 10l barrels blown at our partner company. Usually we have the most sold sizes in clear version and amber and green transparent colors.
Thanks to the connection to PET preforms production, we can make small specially colored batches with minimum size of 40 000 pieces.

Beside the standard portfolio, we offer a custom bottle design made exactly according your needs and drawings. It usually takes 6-8 weeks for a set of blow molds to be produced.

ACCESSORIES

We cooperate with closures and handles producers, so that you have all parts of your product packaging in one place. Standard PCO 1810 (PCO hybrid) closures are offered in multiple colors. Green is our favorite and is still on stock. For breweries we are offering a special cap with inner seal, which helps to maintain the CO₂ in the bottle better.

Handles for these neck finishes are usually on stock in green and black colors.

Closures and handles for 3, 5 and 10l bottles are usually on stock in green color.

RESEARCH & DESIGN

CUSTOM PREFORMS

Do you have a special idea or product, for which you need a custom-designed preform? Ask us about the possibilities of neck finishes up to 95 mm wide. We have made more than 20 special preforms types in past 2 years for customers in whole Europe.

CUSTOM COLORS

We cooperate with top producers of food approved colorants for PET applications. You can choose from a wide color palette including metallic effects. We are able to sample your own color based on an item with the desired shade.

CUSTOM BOTTLES

You have not seen a bottle in our portfolio, which would suit your product? Send us your idea, sketch or technical drawing and we will start working on
a production drawing and 3D prototype of your bottle.
